According to the city, individual postal voting documents with ballot papers that were issued and sent on August 27th, 28th and 30th are affected. The election letters, in which the electorate added the address of the city by hand, arrived without any problems. Postal ballot glitch: City hall explains what to do for the federal election
The city therefore urges all eligible voters to check whether the red envelope has already been pre-addressed before sending their voting letter.
