We put her in an intensive care unit and continued to treat her during the evacuation to the hospital, when her condition was moderate and stable.
"She told us in a way that the incident took place while she was walking with the children, and in a miracle the event did not end in a more difficult way."
Upon receiving the report of the incident, a lighting department drive arrived at the scene, isolated the pillar and dealt with the danger of electric shock from it.
The director of the lighting department also arrived, and the matter was transferred to the care and examination of the circumstances of the case.
According to witnesses at the scene, the bottom of the pillar was rotten and rusty.
