(ANSA) - PAVIA, 25 SEPT - A 56-year-old hauler, residing in Codevilla (Pavia) in Oltrepò Pavese and known for his no vax positions, died due to Covid-19. After the positive swab, in early September, he tried to cure himself at home, but his condition quickly worsened and he was taken to hospital where he died shortly after.
The 56-year-old had not been vaccinated: a choice in line with the convictions already expressed at the time of the first lockdown of 2020. Those who know him say that the haulier refused even to admit the existence of the virus; it has also always contested the rules introduced to limit infections, from the use of the mask to the Green pass.
On social media he followed denier groups, where positions decidedly opposed to vaccines are expressed.
