Tonight (Sunday), Maccabi Netanya and Hapoel Hadera were looking for their first victory of the season in the league, and the one who found it is Menachem Koretzky's team, which rose to sixth place in the table.
Almog Cohen was sent off with a direct red card after tripping Shoval Gozlan and leaving Netanya with ten players starting from the 26th minute, and right at the start of the second half Gozlan managed to use the numerical advantage to increase the visitors to 0: 1 with a kick from outside the box.
In extra time goalkeeper Danny Amos came up to try and get an equalizer, and Gustavo Marmentini took advantage to roll almost half of Hadera’s second goal.

Raymond Atwald's diamonds dropped to last place in the table, and they will hope to register their debut victory against Bnei Sakhnin in the next round.
An unusual incident was recorded before the game when the owner of Netanya, Eyal Segal, confronted police officers following the long queues at the entrance to the stadium.
Staff was even detained by police but released shortly afterwards.
