The police are blocking the on-site investigation and are learning about the location of the boy's fall and the incident.

The building’s CCTV filmed the moment the boy fell off the building. The boy wearing white shorts and a yellow blouse fell from a height and went straight to the pavement. It was suspected of colliding with a seven-person car parked on the side of the road. The boy fell. The ground didn't respond anymore.

It is reported that the boy was still awake when he was sent to the hospital. After being sent to the hospital, he turned abruptly and was certified dead until 6:33 in the evening.

The police went to the building to investigate and found the 36-year-old Indonesian mother of the boy. She was arrested on suspicion of "abusing or neglecting children or young people under her care" in possession of "street paper".

The case was handed over to the first team of the Yau Tsim District Crime Squad for follow-up.
