He stabbed a 63-year-old night nurse with nail scissors and seriously injured her.
Now the Regional Court of Munich II has instructed a 31-year-old Peitinger in closed psychiatry.

The court saw no possibility of parole.
"He is still a danger to the general public," said the presiding judge.
The accommodation is not limited in time.
He can only be released again when reports classify him as no longer dangerous.

At the moment, however, in the process before the Munich II regional court, the psychiatric expert did not see the time as yet.
He attested that Peitinger had paranoid schizophrenia.
The man cannot be treated as an outpatient because he does not have an understanding of the disease.
He doesn't see that he needs medication.
Shortly after midnight on November 25, 2020, the 31-year-old went to the nurses' room in a Peitinger care facility and asked for medication.
The nurse on duty, who was alone, forbade him to enter the ward room.
Still he went inside.
When the woman turned to the medicine cabinet, it stabbed her neck and chest from behind.
He dealt her numerous stab wounds, especially in the neck area in the immediate vicinity of the carotid artery.
Even when she was bleeding profusely on the floor, he stabbed her even more.

A 58-year-old colleague heard the screams of the 63-year-olds and hurried over.
When she got into the office, the night nurse was huddled in a corner.
"He was over her and stabbed," she said as a witness in court.
“I didn't see what he was holding in his hand.
He just stung, not drained, when I came in. ”She grabbed him and tossed him aside.
Then she shoved it in front of the office door and slammed it.
However, the 31-year-old stopped in front of the door and stared at her with a terrifying look.
"I have to say, I was scared to death."
The Peitinger himself had said at the start of the trial that he had committed the act because he would rather be in prison than in psychiatry.
Nothing has come of it now.
