In the case of oil spill punishment in Tseung Kwan O, a residential unit in the area was spilled with paint on the night of last Saturday (25th).
Officers from the Criminal Investigation Team of the Tseung Kwan O Police District subsequently intercepted two 13-year-old boys at Po Tai House, Po Lam Village, and seized a plastic cup with paint on one of them at about 11 o'clock that night. They were suspected to be related to the case.
The two boys were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and detained for investigation.
