This is Bennett's first political speech.
In his speech, the prime minister will speak about the new spirit in the new government in Israel, and will not respond to Abu Mazen's speech, in which the Palestinian Authority chairman threatened that if Israel did not withdraw from Judea and Samaria within a year, the Palestinians would turn to the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
