How this accident came about remains unclear.
On Monday, three people were injured when an Opel crashed into a standing A6 between Achrain and Murnau.
Murnau
- The cars involved were totaled. A couple from Wolfratshausen had been standing with their Audi in the bay of the Mühlhagen bus stop on Staatsstraße when another car, which was driven by a woman from Munich, also got into the bus stop lane for an unexplained reason and crashed into the stationary A6 without braking. Its stern was massively dented. The woman's Opel lifted off the road after the collision and landed in the adjacent ditch. The couple and the woman from Munich came to the Murnau Accident Clinic.
In addition to a large number of rescue services, the fire brigade from Murnau was also on site and helped with the care of the patients.
Around 25 volunteers secured the accident site and provided fire protection.
Since operating materials had leaked, they had to be caught with special binders.
