- 3rd Mayor Martin Feldner is pleased about the “above average result” of the Greens in Graefelfing with 21.5 percent of the second votes. The events surrounding top candidate Annalena Baerbock and the mishaps during the election campaign were "a building block" for the fact that things did not go better nationwide, he says. More serious, however, was his view that “the three-way race turned into a two-way race, many chose Scholz and the SPD in order to prevent worse things from happening.” Although the cooperation with the CSU in Graefelfing is very good, Feldner would like to see if the Union in the federal government went into opposition "and came back as a trustworthy party in four years". In principle, he was open to black and green, but a coalition with the current Union of Armin Laschet meant “business as usual”,that Germany cannot afford to do with the climate, for example. He prefers a traffic light.

Proud of the FDP's performance in Krailling

In the opinion of the Kraillinger FDP local council Sebastian Sefzig, the decision as to whether there will be a traffic light coalition or a Jamaica coalition is “completely open”.

He himself has “no preferences” but thinks it's right “to first discuss with the Greens what overlaps there are.

When it comes to civil rights, for example, we have a lot in common, and we both want to fight climate change, albeit with different means, ”says Sefzig.

He is particularly happy about the performance of the FDP in Krailling, which almost reached third place ahead of the SPD.

The Planegger FDP councilor Fritz Haugg expects "difficult negotiations" for the next few weeks.

“It will depend on the content,” says Haugg, who has a positive view of a renaissance “of the social-liberal era” mixed with “the ecological thoughts of the Greens”.

“It must always be possible to find a common denominator among Democrats.

Here in Planegg we have already submitted applications together with every parliamentary group, ”says Haugg, who therefore believes it is quite possible that the Greens and FDP will come to an agreement first.

“Actually, we want everything to be the same.

Everyone wants to do something for climate protection and the economy, only the paths are different, ”says Haugg.

However, the failed Jamaica negotiations of 2013 should not be repeated, where the FDP would hardly have been able to get anything through.

"A fresh wind would be good"

“A good result” is the result of the Greens, says Planegg's 2nd Mayor Judith Grimme, one of the two chairmen of the Greens local association.

Of course, the party could have hoped for more, "but you have to stay on the ground".

The current “standstill must stop, there must be no more muddling, a fresh wind would be good,” says Grimme, who does not want to say clearly whether she is for a traffic light or a Jamaica coalition.

That depends on the results of the negotiations.
