Al-Miqdad indicated that the Turkish regime did not adhere to the outputs of Astana and the Sochi understandings related to the Idlib region, as it continues to support terrorist organizations, which has turned this region into a reservoir for foreign terrorists, according to the reports of specialized committees in the Security Council itself.

Al-Miqdad added: Syria affirms that any foreign presence on its territory without its consent is illegal and constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, the Charter of the United Nations and Security Council resolutions that affirm a strong commitment to Syria's sovereignty, independence, unity and safety.

Miqdad stressed that the Turkish and American forces' occupation of Syrian lands under false pretexts and their theft of the Syrian people's wealth and capabilities must end immediately and unconditionally.

Miqdad stressed that just as Syria defeated terrorism from most of its lands, it will work with the same determination and determination to end this occupation by all means guaranteed by international law.

Al-Miqdad said: Syria warns the few who have separatist agendas in its north-east against continuing their illusions that the Syrian people reject because they are thus placing themselves in the category of forces conspiring against the unity of Syria and they will be dealt with on this basis... Al-Miqdad added: We reaffirm that the work of the committee to discuss the constitution must be under the ownership and leadership of Syria and without external interference, based on the principle that the constitution and everything related to it is a matter decided by the Syrians themselves.
