A school bus left the road Monday, September 27 in Saint-Gorgon (Vosges) after the driver was unwell, who subsequently died.
A child was slightly injured in the accident, announced the prefecture of the Vosges.

Quickly arrived on site, the emergency services were unable to resuscitate the driver who was declared dead,
” the prefecture said in a statement.
The injured youngster was transported to the Epinal hospital center, and a psychological support unit was opened.
According to information from the regional daily Vosges Matin, the bus finished its race in a cornfield after leaving the road at around 7:30 am.
The 35 young people present in the bus are educated at the Charlemagne college and at the Jean Lurçat high school in Bruyères (Vosges): they were all able to be transported to their establishments after the accident, according to the prefecture.
