The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population recorded 37 deaths and 702 new infections with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry's spokesperson, Dr. Khaled Mujahid, said in a statement that the total number of coronavirus infections in the country has so far reached 302,327, while the total number of deaths has reached 17,224.
Mujahid indicated that 588 people recovered from corona infection have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the total of those recovered to 255,059 people to date.
Yesterday, Egypt recorded 38 deaths and 680 infections with the Corona virus.
