The same requisitions were made before the Ajaccio criminal court against the companion of Valérie Bozzi and father of his two children, Sylvestre Ceccaldi for concealment of illegal taking of interest. Valérie Bozzi, lawyer and elected member of the Corsican Assembly, is accused of having chaired the municipal council of Grosseto-Pugna (Corse-du-Sud), a town where the seaside resort of Porticcio is located, in the Gulf of 'Ajaccio, October 28, 2016 and for participating in a vote concerning the sale of the lease of a beach establishment to SAS Alta Rocca, chaired by his companion Sylvestre Ceccaldi. He is also accused of having signed beach concessions for the benefit of SAS Alta Rocca on November 27, 2018. Sylvestre Ceccaldi is accused ofto have "

no advantage was provided to SAS Alta Rocca and that there was no prejudice for the municipality

Me Jean-François Pedinielli, counsel to Sylvestre Ceccaldi, also pleaded for release, ensuring that "

Last February, SAS Alta Rocca was sentenced on appeal for illegal developments in a protected wetland to a fine of 10,000 euros, against 150,000 euros at first instance.
