The theatrical performance, entitled (Experience of Performance) (Casting), took the audience of Al-Qabbani Theater into multiple human worlds through a dramatic composition presented by writer and director Samer Mohamed Ismail and formulated in a visual way and a cinematic mixture of theatrical works polished with astonishment and enjoyment.

The show, which was produced by the National Theater and the Directorate of Theaters and Music, relied on the performance of the actors mainly and their ability to impersonate the various situations of human presentation in their abundance, relying on the great harmony between them, based on the text concerned with the smallest details.

Regarding the mentality from which the show maker, Ismail, said in a statement to SANA, “We tried, from a performance experience, to present an interesting game that did not reveal itself except in the last moments, as we moved away from the expectation and approached the art of cinema within the theatrical technical condition and relied on the actor, who considered him the cornerstone of the theatrical show. He indicated that the actors and staff made great efforts until the show came out in its final form.

On the extent to which theater can confuse arts, Ismail explained that art does not have a specific recipe and imagination is the last fortress of the mind. Therefore, the show came to defend the imagination of the audience, which was subjected to a heavy television pumping during the last period, pointing out that the show presented an artistic attempt in which a lot of experimentation within the classic realistic mold. .

Actor Amer Ali embodied the character of Jihad, a film director. It turns out that he suffers from schizophrenia, and this theme on which the show relied in his approaches and imaginations, was a complex character that he presented with much professionalism and capable performance to constitute an opportunity for him to return to the theater after a break for years due to his work in television and cinema.

Regarding this return to the theater, Ali said, “Being a graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, I find that the stage is the primary exam for any actor in the first place, and over the past years I have been looking for a good show that will bring me back to this world.” They work in television or cinema.

Ali described the text as a magician because it presents a special cinematic theatrical mixture with a difficult and enjoyable dramatic construction method, pointing out that the character he presented possessed privacy and was difficult to perform and was worked on in record time. To prove his talent and restore artistic passion to his soul and confidence in his abilities.

The young actress, Dalaa Nader, who had a high level of performance and talent and was able to announce her strong artistic presence, did not expect the theater to be her first participation after graduating this year from the acting department at the Institute of Dramatic Arts through her performance of the complex and difficult character of Julia, and she was the engine for the rhythm of the show .

Dala said, "The text of an audition attracted me because it was strong and the character of Julia that I performed and my grandmother played touches the segment of girls in our society, especially those who have dreams and strive to achieve them but are unable to do so," indicating that the show formed an enjoyable experience for her and that she will benefit from her performance of this character in her next artistic steps.

Actress Majd Naim embodied the role of the director's wife, who appears in the final scene. Through this view of her small size, she was able to complete the dramatic situation with her capable performance and strong sense. She explained that when she read the text she liked it and was excited to participate in the show because she believes that the actor will not stop working in the theater until he renews His tools and his passion especially when there is a good script.
