The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) published this Sunday what are already known as the Pandora papers.

An investigation that exposes the financial secrets and tax haven agreements of hundreds of politicians and officials from more than 90 countries and territories.

Some of those mentioned, such as the president of Chile, Sebastián Piñera, and that of Ecuador, Guillermo Lasso, answered this Monday and denied having incurred in irregularities.

CNN has not made its own analysis of the reports and published documents. Having accounts in banks or offshore companies is not necessarily illegal.
