This Monday, the Government of Mexico reported through a statement that a security meeting will be held on October 8 between senior Mexican and US officials.
The meeting will be at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico City, where the Foreign Minister of Mexico, Marcelo Ebrard, and the US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, will attend.

The meeting will also be attended, among others, by the Secretary of National Defense of Mexico, General Luis Crescencio Sandoval, and the US Secretaries of National Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, and of Justice, Merrick Garland.
