Entered 11 times on the classic Le Mans, the French brand gleaned third place in the 89th edition last August.

Alpine has just confirmed the continuation of its endurance program.
The French brand will enter the Hypercar category from 2024 via the LMDh regulations and for four years,
”announced the brand in a press release posted on the 24 Hours of Le Mans website on Tuesday.

By competing in both Formula 1 and Endurance, Alpine will be one of the rare brands to be present in the two flagship disciplines of motorsport
,” said Laurent Rossi, President of Alpine Racing.

On the occasion of the 89th edition of the race, the latter had confirmed the brand's attachment to endurance, nevertheless affirming that it would not be ready to enter a vehicle in a Hypercar for 2022. In 2021, five vehicles were entered in Hypercar including the two Toyota, which came first, and two Glickenhaus.

Alpine will join them again, along with Peugeot, Porsche, Audi, Cadillac, Acura and BMW.
