Hapoel Tel Aviv's Brazilian striker Lucio is expected to miss the team's intriguing game against Betar Jerusalem, immediately after the team's break ends, the Reds announced this morning (Wednesday).
The player, who was injured during the 2: 2 draw against Hapoel Nof Hagalil, underwent a photo in which he was diagnosed with a stretch in the back thigh muscle.
He is being treated by the club's medical staff and it is estimated he is expected to return to training gradually in 14 days.
Unlike Lucio, midfielder Shlomi Azulai, who has been absent from the pitches in recent weeks due to a tear in his back thigh muscle, has already started training with the team and gives the impression that he will be fit to play against Betar Jerusalem.
