As the Regen district office reported on Tuesday, the man had previously done a PCR test *.

Man with corona infection celebrates in a Bavarian disco: There are serious fines

Both will be determined and both the man and the restaurant operator would have to face considerable fines.

According to the authorities, the man was neither vaccinated nor recovered and should therefore only have been admitted with a negative test.

High fines could therefore be the result.

In accordance with the 3G plus rule applicable to clubs, the operator should also have ensured that no guest was allowed in without sufficient evidence.

When the test result was finally available on Sunday, the man was confirmed to be infected with the corona virus.

The district office then called on all visitors to watch out for signs of illness and to be tested in order to interrupt chains of infection at an early stage.
