Microsoft today (Tuesday) officially launched its new operating system - Windows 11, when also in Israel, the giant Redmond held a local briefing at its company's luxurious offices in Herzliya Pituach.

Windows 11 is available for free download through a version update for Windows 10 owners (through the operating system update mechanism), as it offers various upgrades to the user experience.
First of all, the Start button and the taskbar are located at the bottom center of the screen and they offer access to the latest files.
Snap Layouts allows you to conveniently centralize multiple open applications and windows and switch between different link groups as needed.
Snap Screen makes it easy to arrange multiple windows on the same screen, without getting involved in different adjustments.
The competition with Zoom, has led Microsoft to integrate the video calling and chat software - Teams within the operating system and it also allows access to it through the taskbar.
You can also mute or unmute, share a specific desktop or app directly from the taskbar.
Another improvement appeals to users who connect their laptop to an external monitor or docking station, but when they take it out, all the windows get cluttered.
Windows 11 remembers the different link groups so there is no need to rearrange the windows.
Android apps within Windows 11
Microsoft's app store is not the most exciting thing in Windows 10, but in the new operating system, Microsoft offers a simpler design, new apps, including: Zoom, Canva and Disney Plus and also access to Android apps, yes those from your smartphone.
These are not all the apps that exist in the Google store, but those that come from the Amazon store (this option is planned to run until 2022).
More improvements, integrating custom widgets, building a feed with relevant content and relevant information and upgrading the search option in the Search Bar.
In the gaming category, Microsoft offers graphics enhancements with automatic HDR for vivid color display, DirectX 12 Ultimate provides upgraded graphics at high frame rates and DirectStorage enables faster loading times and more detailed game worlds.
