Data on the segmentation of the deceased show that the fourth wave was a wave defined as "non-Haredi Jew", since most of them - 69% - belonged to this population.
About one-fifth (19.7%) of the deceased are Arabs (similar to their share of the general population), and only 11% of them were ultra-Orthodox.
It should be noted that the relative share of the ultra-Orthodox among the deceased has decreased compared to previous waves.
In all, to date, 7,853 corona patients have died.

Between April and October this year, 1,699 corona patients died in Israel, and September was the most difficult month in the current wave, with 661 deaths.
In August, 631 people died.
Yesterday it was revealed that the death toll in Israel also counts 24 dead from the Palestinian Authority.
The Ministry of Health estimated that this was due to the fact that they died in hospitals in Israel, including three from Bethlehem, two from Gaza, two from Al-Azaria, as well as those who died from Deir al-Balah, Madhayasha, Hebron, Jericho, Ramallah and more.

Among other things, entry will probably be approved for those who do not have the green label, restaurants in the open air will be able to operate according to the purple label (occupancy restriction), as well as for swimming pools.
Also, attractions in enclosed spaces will operate under a green label, and open-air attractions will be able to operate without a purple or green label.
