The Quneitra branch of the Arab Writers Union held a critical symposium dealing with a reading of the novels that talked about the Golan and its transformations due to the occupation and Mahmoud Darwish's poetic ability.

Director of the session and head of the Quneitra branch of the Writers Union, Dr. Jamal Abu Samra introduced the participants and gave an overview of the symposium and its critical propositions.

In turn, the critic Omar Jumaa spoke about the novels that dealt with the victories of Tishreen and the Golan and the importance of its liberation, such as the writings of Zuhair Jabbour, Abdel Salam Al-Ajili and Amin Al-Hassan, who stopped at his novel Beyond An Nahar.

Gomaa presented a summary of the narrator with pain in the subject and described the artistic movement of the novel and its creative value.

At the same time, the writer Samer Mansour spoke about the symbolic artistry of the poet Mahmoud Darwish and left it to direct, citing some poetic texts and his intellectual visions.

In addition to the multiple stages through which Mahmoud Darwish's poems have undergone development.

A number of writers and critics presented different visions of Mahmoud Darwish, his political orientation, and his life in the occupied land.
