the city councilor initially carried out an internal investigation, then warned the gendarmerie. On September 13, two of the employees were apprehended in front of the school with shopping bags filled with cordon bleu. "

Some days, students had to make do with half a hamburger or half a cordon bleu,
” says the city councilor.
“
Others only had a starter and dessert for lunch, no main course,
” he adds.
When the children asked for larger portions, the canteens replied that "
there was nothing left to eat."
However, the town hall verified that the school received all the portions and dishes ordered.
Frédéric Carlière ended up spotting the merry-go-round of the three women: they seized the food as soon as it was delivered.
Repeated flights
Faced with these findings, the mayor of Goderville lodged a complaint and warned the gendarmes. "
I had blind faith in the chef canteen,
" he regrets. Considering that it is “
organized gang theft
”, the elected official has suspected them of embezzlement for years. Faced with the gendarmes, the three women admitted the facts. "
They expressed no regret, justifying that" times are hard "and only recovering" the remains. ""
Outraged by their behavior, Frédéric Carlière announced the intention of the town hall to separate definitively from the employees, after a disciplinary council.
Two of the accused have been holders of the town hall for 25 years and one also benefits from town hall accommodation.
They were suspended but "
keep their salary for the moment
," insists the mayor.
The contract of the third, a contractual one, was not renewed.
In order to ensure the continuity of the canteen, local elected officials came to serve meals to the children.

summoned before a delegate of the prosecutor for a criminal composition and will have to answer for thefts, over a period of time which was limited to the first nine months of the year.
