The police ended the searches in the partially occupied house "Rigaer 94" in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
Emergency services continued to patrol the area at noon to observe the situation, as a police spokeswoman announced on Wednesday.
Officials had previously determined the personal details of 26 people in 24 apartments.
