Watch the tour

We do not really know what makes people hang out in deserted and scary places, but that's what Lewis Davidson does.

The 26-year-old from the English Cambrian, known as Luis Di on his YouTube page, dedicates his trips to "haunted" places, including abandoned schools and houses where murders have been committed.

But it was one of his last videos, in which he documented his tour of an abandoned mental hospital, that caused the greatest panic.

During his tour of the abandoned Institute of Psychiatric Patients in Scotland, he pretty much swore he heard a scream.

In one second out of a 24-minute episode, he was seen scanning various parts of the building, where he had not lived since 1980, including the large glass roof above it.

As he was about to enter the door, a noise sounded like the scream of a woman in the back.

Di starts to turn the camera and sees a ladder when he says, "That's not where I climb."

In a subsequent interview with LADbible he admitted that he did not hear the voice at first but only when he saw the video for the first time: "I went alone, and there was no one in the building, so it was all for me, I was there for almost two hours. I did not notice the scream until I edited "I uploaded the video and uploaded it to the Internet. I was also horrified because it was really loud, I did not hear it in real time."

When he hears the recording again he says, "I believe 100 percent that it's a shout from someone who was there who wanted help or a ghost stuck there."

At one point while filming, Di says he took a break and felt like someone was following him and starting to get scared.

He explained that he felt the presence of people at certain points during his stay there, even though he was completely alone.

He said when he was in the basement he felt someone following him.

"It was really cold there, and you really feel a breeze like someone passed you. I felt and heard some growls that sounded like a woman's speech but I ignored it and was not afraid because I was alone and the place was big. I heard a growl, I caught her on camera. There is no doubt this place is haunted." .
