Dressed in an elegant white and gray boubou and wearing a white tarbouche, Choguel Maïga accused France of
"abandonment in flight"
because Paris was in the process of reducing its presence in Mali and closing its bases in the north. of the country, in Kidal, Tessalit and Timbuktu.
