The Premier League of England reported this Thursday through a statement that Newcastle has been officially bought in its entirety by the PIF consortium, PCP Capital Partners and RB Sports & Media.

The Magpies club will now be owned by the public investment fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The administrative structure of the club has been defined.

Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of PIF, will serve as Non-Executive Chairman of Newcastle United.

Amanda Staveley, CEO of PCP Capital Partners, will serve on the board.

Jamie Reuben will also serve as Club Director, representing RB Sports & Media.
