Hit with a second preseason win, 106: 113 over Houston • 113: 125 for the Sixers in the shadow of the Ben Simmons storm • Memphis defeated Charlotte by 30 points

Pre-season games in the NBA continue and tonight (Thursday through Friday) we got three more intriguing games.

In the spotlight, Miami with a second win, Philadelphia without Ben Simmons of course, also won, and Memphis did not pity Charlotte.

Houston - Miami 113: 106

The Heat continue to look like one of the promising teams ahead of the season.

Her excellent play, which culminated in a 21-point lead over the Rockets, showed much of the talent that is going to hit the floor.

Tile Hiro from Miami led the team’s scoring list (24 points) followed by Duncan Robinson (20), Bam Adavio (15).

In Houston, Jelly Green (20) and Christian Wood (13) scored.

Philadelphia - Toronto 113: 125

The Sixers recovered from the loss to Toronto a few days ago and despite complex days in the shadow of the Ben Simmons storm, managed to win.

George Niang (16 points), Seth Kerry (15) and Joel Ambide (10) led the winner, O.J. Anonobi (22) and Freddie Van Fleet (17) scored for the visitors.

Charlotte - Memphis 128: 98

A 30-point victory, perhaps, just shows what we missed in the game that was stopped against Milwaukee, in which the Grizzlies already led by 10 points.

Desmond Bain led Memphis (19 points), followed by Ja Morant (16) and Jaren Jackson Jr. with the same number.

The Hornets were scored by Terry Roger (21) and James Bucknite (17).
