District Councillors arrived at the North Point Community Hall in the afternoon, including the Democratic Party Kwong Chun-yu who was involved in the primary election.

Yuen Long District Councillor Cheung Sau-yin stated on Facebook that he had applied to the Secretary for Home Affairs Xu Yingwei to postpone the oath and had attached medical records and certificates due to surgery.


Liu Zhuoyu is not worried about being DQ against national security laws
