Team stopper Joshua Mahias is expected to be out of action for about three months, after being injured during a Venezuelan national team game against Brazil.
The diagnosis the Jerusalemites received is that Mahias broke his elbow and that is why he will need surgery and his absence will be so long.
At this point, Betar Jerusalem cannot bring in a new player in its place, unless it is a free agent without a team.
