The Schwerin public prosecutor's office is investigating suspected breach of trust in a particularly serious case against a pension fund for engineers in Schwerin.
The proceedings are directed against the members of the administrative committee of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania engineering supply, a corporation under public law, as a spokeswoman for the public prosecutor said on Friday.
Schwerin - The accused are accused of having "improperly used" funds for the pensions of the engineers.
