獅子山的外圍雨帶會在明日繼續為廣東沿岸帶來廣泛的大雨,市民應保持警覺。

全港雨量一片紫

【19:05】「秋颱」襲港,東北季候風及南海熱帶氣旋「獅子山」共同影響下,10月罕有發出「黑雨」,多區今早出現大雨水浸。天文台在11時20分起發出紅色暴雨警告,1.5小時內先由紅雨轉黑雨,再轉回紅雨,有市民質疑天文台遲掛「黑雨」。

天文台於網上發稿解釋,指今早11時前本港不時受到較強雨區影響,但雨區較為零散,且移動速度快,每小時雨量並未達到發出較高暴雨警告的標準。

【17:46】熱帶風暴「獅子山」襲港,本港多區受連場暴雨,天文台一度發出黑色暴雨警告。網上流傳短片,一架新巴9號巴士,駛至歌連臣角時,路面積滿黃泥水,車廂不敵傾盤大雨,雨水涉入車內,有乘客向司機指,「千祈唔好停,一停就大劑」。

新巴向《香港01》回覆稱因天雨關係,石澳道一帶路面出現嚴重水浸,影響巴士行駛。為安全起見,當天文台於上午11時45分左右,發出黑色暴雨警告訊號後,9號線已停駛。

【17:29】東北季候風及南海熱帶氣旋「獅子山」共同影響下,今早上時段,本港大部分地區落起大雨,預約今日到主題樂園「去玩去癲」會擔心入場情況。有讀者向《香港01》投訴,指本身已預購今日(8日)的水上樂園門票,擔心今日的風暴情況影響下致電公園熱線電話查詢退款,惟多時未能接通,感到失望。

海洋公園方面表示,水上樂園今日(8日)沒有受暴雨及風球影響,樂園正常開放。另外,由於天文台於早上11時許改發黑雨,水上樂園已經運作,因此沒有啟用任何退票程序,市民可按照日期到樂園遊玩。

【17:05】教育局宣布,由於紅色暴雨警告信號現正生效,所有夜校今晚停課。正在上課的學校應繼續上課,直至放學時間,並在安全情況下,方可讓學生返家。

英基學校協會宣布,因應嚴重水浸,位於司徒拔道的曉新國際幼稚園將於明日暫停所有課堂。

獅子山仍未最近本港

【16:56】天文台表示,在下午5時,熱帶風暴獅子山集結在香港之西南約540公里,預料向北移動,時速約10公里,移向海南島一帶。按照現時預測路徑,獅子山會在明早(9日)最接近香港,在本港西南約500公里掠過。在獅子山與東北季候風共同影響下,華南沿岸持續普遍吹強風,離岸及高地間中吹烈風。三號強風信號會在今晚至明早維持。

獅子山未來,另一在菲律賓以東的另一熱帶氣旋已生成,命名為「圓規」(Kompasu,日本提供名稱)。天文台更料其會穿過台灣與菲律賓呂宋島以北之間的呂宋海峽,進入南中國海北部,並由熱帶風暴增強至強烈熱帶風暴,在本港以南400公里內掠過,暫料本港將吹7級東至東北風。

天文台第二次10月發黑雨警告

【15:25】熱帶風暴「獅子山」襲港,本港多區今日(8日)出現狂風暴雨,天文台清晨發出3號強風信號後,至上午11時20分才轉發紅色暴雨警告信號。跑馬地樂活道有大幅棚架在今早10時左右倒塌,當時仍是黃雨,至少四人受傷,其中一名女工被救出後證實不治。

香港天文台助理台長宋文娟今日(8日)下午出席《行政長官2021年施政報告》相關措施記者會,被問及初時只發3號及黃色暴雨警告信號是否誤判。宋文娟未有直接回應,只稱今早黑雨是有紀錄以來第二次在10月發黑雨,又稱「極端天氣隨着氣候變化影響,極端大雨,無論頻率同強度,都會不斷增加,所以全世界都需要加大力度去減,應對氣候變化。」

【14:59】熱帶風暴「獅子山」襲港,天文台發出3號強風信號,半日內經歷黃色、紅色、黑色暴雨警告,更在1.5小時內先由紅雨轉黑雨,再轉回紅雨。

中小學上午維持課堂,有家長表示,今早雨勢時大時細,「有遮都冇用」,鞋襪全濕透,接子女上學狼狽不堪,若能提早發出紅雨較佳;也有家長指,學校距家只有約十分鐘路程,早上雨況對接送影響不大,也形容「天意無計。」

【14:42】持續暴雨下,港島不少地區出現水浸,綜合網上多個片段及照片,早上時段,由灣仔至柴灣一帶均有出現不同程度的水浸,部分低窪地區浸至小腿,市民出入狼狽。柴灣道、慈幼學校對出更水浸嚴重,圖片所見下斜位置全部被雨水淹蓋,當中相信為出口位置不停有水噴出,形成小型「噴水池」,連接花園道及羅便臣道的馬己仙峽道同樣出現嚴重水浸,出現類似玩海洋公園滑浪飛船的情況,汽車駛過亦受影響。有網民更形容:「邊度有水,邊度就係水上樂園」。

【13:27】熱帶風暴「獅子山」襲港,本港多區今日(8日)出現狂風暴雨,天文台近清晨發出3號強風信號後,上午11時20分至中午12時45分期間,先後發出紅色、黑色暴雨警告,其後轉回紅雨。有今日中午坐屯馬線的市民投訴,車卡連接位不停滴水,猶如小型「水舞間」,但乘客不多未有人走避或「開遮」。

另外,網上流傳片段,指今早有東涌線載客列車扶手位亦變成小型「水舞間」,乘客亦相當冷靜,大部份人繼續留在座位上。

重陽節或再打風

【13:08】「一風未平,一風又起」,天文台預料現時位於菲律賓以東的廣闊低壓區會在下周初逐步發展並移向呂宋一帶,隨後可能進入並橫過南海北部,較為靠近華南沿岸。歐洲預報系統則料,該低壓區大致移向海南島,下周二(12日)或逼近本港400公里範圍內,與內地中央氣象台的預測相若。該新熱帶氣旋料命名「圓規」(Kompasu,日本提供名稱)。

【12:24】熱帶風暴「獅子山」襲港,3號風球生效,本港多區出現狂風暴雨,天文台今日(8日)11時45分再轉發黑色暴雨警告信號。據知,滙豐銀行灣仔熙華大廈地下分行今早「水浸」,上月才換上紅色Polo恤的職員,在室內堆沙包,暫未確定「水浸」是否與今早大雨有關,但分行受事件影響,須暫時停開。

疫苗接種中心暫停服務

【11:52】由於黑色暴雨警告信號現正生效,疫苗接種計劃下的所有社區疫苗接種中心及醫院疫苗接種站仍然開放,但疫苗接種服務已暫停。如黑色暴雨警告信號於正常服務時間結束前取消,接種中心及接種站將會盡快恢復疫苗接種服務。

因社區疫苗接種中心及醫院疫苗接種站暫停服務而受影響的預約會自動延期,受影響人士將會接獲電話短訊通知新的接種日期和時間。如受影響人士是預約接種第二劑疫苗,而接種中心或接種站於今日稍後時間恢復接種服務,他們亦可於今日接種中心或接種站的餘下開放時間內到原先預約的中心或接種站接種疫苗。

【11:45】天文台改發黑色暴雨警告,表示香港廣泛地區已錄得或預料會有每小時雨量超過70毫米的豪雨,且雨勢可能持續,在警告仍然生效及交通情況未改善之前,不應外出。

在過去一小時,大老山、橫瀾島及長洲泳灘分別錄得的最高持續風速為每小時72、69及66公里,最高陣風分別為每小時86、79及81公里。

【11:02】10月8日10時16分,警方接到多個報案指跑馬地掃桿埔樂活道4號,樂活臺有棚架疑受颱風影響倒塌,壓住2車輛及整條樂活道行車路。警方及消防接報到場,救出2名司機,他們其中一個手受傷,被送住律敦治醫院治理,消防及警方正在現場搜索其他受困人士。另外有兩名女工人被困,她們由救援人員救出,其中一人陷昏迷,另一人清醒安全。涉事棚架塌下面積頗大,壓住來回線,現場交通受阻。
