Citizen service centers in Damascus governorate have provided more than 646,000 services in their centers spread across all regions since the beginning of this year to date.
The director of citizen service centers in the governorate, Eng. Louay Alloush, said in a statement to SANA’s delegate today that the governorate is working to create new centers in Barzeh, Al-Wurood and Al-Abbasin neighborhoods to put them in service to take into account the geographical distribution of all areas of the city in parallel with the development and expansion of services provided to citizens to facilitate their affairs, speed up the completion of their transactions and save time and effort. on them.
Alloush pointed out the inclusion of two new services, the criminal record and the general record for state workers who are not employed in the citizen service center in the temporary registry in Sabaa Bahrat, and the document authentication service from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates at the Citizen Service Center with immigrants during the past few days with the aim of reducing the burden on citizens by submitting them in one place without Need to visit more than one center to get it.
The services provided, according to Alloush, were distributed among 318,193 civil registry documents, 91,850 criminal records, 74,112 non-employees, 33,541 temporary record statements, 29,750 document authentication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, 20588 residential lease registration contracts, 10,214 real estate interests documents, 6,738 urban planning data, 3,320 administrative licensing transactions, in addition to the transactions submitted through The electronic portal that is delivered to service applicants either at the citizen service center specified by them or through the Syrian Postal Corporation to the address of their choice in Damascus and other transactions.
Alloush pointed out that the average daily transactions amounted to 3,570 during the third quarter of this year, while the average monthly transactions amounted to 78,475 transactions during the same period, stressing that the development and expansion of services provided to citizens contributed to alleviating pressure and facilitating the affairs of auditors.
The 15 citizen service centers are distributed in Youssef Al-Azma Square in the governorate building, which includes the main center, in the old city of Damascus in the office of Amber, in the departments of Kafr Sousa, Al-Mazzeh and Al-Muhajireen services in Al-Jisr Al-Abyad, Al-Sham Al-Jadida, Dummar Al-Balad, Qanawat, Al-Midan, in the lobby of the Damascus Finance Directorate, the temporary register in Seven Bahrat, the office of burial of the dead in Bab Musalla and the Directorate Implementation of Legislative Decree 66 in Mezzeh, the Electronic Services Center and the Soldiers of Al-Assad area.
