The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Dr. Ahmed Al-Awad, stated in a statement to SANA reporter today that the arrests were made against the bread agent in the city of Al-Sanamayn for violating the sale at an excessive price, and the investor of the Jawdat Al-Rajeh station in Nawa, for violating the disposal of a quantity of diesel, in violation of the regulations, and the owner of the Al-Iman fuel station in Khirbet Ghazala for violating the over-price sale of diesel Transport and the owner of the Nasrallah gas station in Izraa, in violation of selling at an excessive price for heating oil.
He added that the consumer protection patrols organized a seizure against the owner of a men's barber shop in the airport district in Daraa city, with a violation of charging an increase in barber's wages, and seizures against the owners of food, smoke and shoes stores for violating the presentation of illegal purchase invoices.
He pointed out that the Consumer Protection Patrols pulled three samples of Al-Ayran milk today to show the extent of its conformity with the Syrian standard specifications and the enforceable ration decisions.
