The police and the prosecutor's office will hold a hearing today (Sunday) ahead of the filing of indictments in the sex case at Zalmon prison that was revealed last year - Walla learned!

The meeting comes against the background of the revelation of the new details last week, according to which the prison guard suspected of the affair received from the prisoner Maor Natan with whom she developed many kinds of gifts, including for her toddler daughter.

A senior official in the law enforcement system involved in the details said in a conversation with Walla !: "The direction is to file an indictment either for bribery or breach of trust, with the direction being breach of trust against the suspects in the affair."

This, after there were those who believed in the prosecution that it was possible to be satisfied with the dismissal of the prisoner and the intelligence officer, thus closing the criminal case despite the evidence collected by the police.

To Walla!

A recording has arrived of a conversation between a prisoner named S. and Munib Cazaila, who was the prison's intelligence officer who is suspected of the affair and in the meantime was fired from the IPS together with the prisoner.

The conversation took place about two weeks before the incident in which the warden was "locked" in a cell with two prisoners. The jailer called the intelligence officer after hearing from inmate Maor Natan about his sexual relationship with the jailer and the gifts he bought her. Casiella was ostensibly aware of the sexual relationship between the warden and the prisoner and even knew about the warden's conduct, but for some reason allegedly defended her and did not report to his superiors. Casiella tried to block the information the prisoner had received in the conversation and even asked him not to pass it on.

When Nathan ran his sentence in Salmon and was in sexual contact with the warden, the intelligence officer who knew about the forbidden connection sent guards to search the prisoner's cell. The guards confiscated a telephone book for the prisoner, in which they found the prisoner's telephone number. The prisoner was then transferred as a "punishment" to Shata Prison. Along with him was also transferred S., one of the guards from Zalmon who was sent by the intelligence officer to search the cell. The jailer suspected the intelligence officer and recorded the conversation with him.

Warden

: I'm calling you because ...

Intelligence Officer

: Who is this? Maor Natan?

Warden

: Maor Natan.

Intelligence Officer

: Oh, that bastard, what does he want?

Warden

: Listen to what this trash can did. Do you remember then that you sent us to take out phones. I was told there were phone calls from the rabbi. Right?

Intelligence Officer

: True

Prisoner

: Good. And he kept telling me, make sure it comes back to me it can complicate my life, it will break my house. Do you remember I told you that?

Intelligence Officer

: True. You returned it to him at the end of the day before it passed.

Warden

: Fine, now. Today he is with me in the wing now. Then he says to me, do you know why I insisted you give it back to me because it would tear my house apart? Then he tells me that there was *** (the suspicious warden)'s phone there.

The intelligence officer

: Son of a bitch, the dog continues to spread the word, not learning.

Warden

: Now listen, so I told him, what's up *** So he tells me, what she and I were together a year and a half.

I told him what you're talking about ... he tells me yes.

I even bought her things, deposited money for her, bought her diamonds through Edri (owner of diamond stores).

It appears that the indictment will be for breach of trust against the suspects in the case.

Prisoner

: And he said he once even slept with her in the office, while the medic seemed to come to the wing, Ziad was with him on the panel, so she kind of brought him chlorine (to clean the cell) and he slept with her in Yigal's office (the commander of the wing).

Intelligence Officer

: Tell him this son of a bitch is talking nonsense at the end he really will get into trouble.

Warden

: I'm not getting into this Muniv, I apologize to you, I do not ...

Intelligence Officer

: No son of a bitch, leave, I'll know how to get the message across to him

Warden

: Now I do not want to spend information on Shata's intelligence here.

Intelligence Officer

: No, no. It's all well with us. We moved, everything is treated, another

prisoner

was treated by me

: so that's why I said I would talk to you, before I talk to anyone else at all.

Intelligence Officer

: Yes, yes, no. We took care of it with me. dumb

Intelligence Officer

: Ah.

Thanks.

No, it's good that you called me, they would make a fuss about it.

He will calm down.

At the end he will get a message he will calm down.

Recording: A criminal claims that the prison guard from Zalmon wanted to "hide" her divorce (Walla! NEWS system)

Walla!

It was learned that the investigation material in the police shows that the intelligence officer Muniv Casiella allegedly plastered reports and complaints that came in connection with the warden.

In his interrogations, Casilla gave conflicting versions.

During the interrogation he denied having a personal connection with the warden, however, the interrogation material reveals that he used to send her dozens of love and jealous messages on WhatsApp.

Casilla even admitted in the investigation that he deleted correspondence with the jailer after the affair was exposed, and that he called her several times from WhatsApp after he was exposed in Walla!

Locked with two inmates in a cell.

Cazilla, who was fired from the IPS and is awaiting a decision on the filing of an indictment in his case, denied the allegations and responded: "The whole purpose of the publication is to divert public opinion from the horrific failure of the escape from Gilboa."
