A 16-year-old scooter driver fled from the police with breakneck driving in Riegelsberg and endangered other motorists.
A police patrol became aware of the scooter driver on Saturday evening because he was traveling too fast, as the police announced on Sunday.
The 16-year-old ignored the officials' request to stop to carry out a check.
Riegelsberg - Instead, he accelerated and fled from the patrol car at over 70 kilometers per hour.
At times, he even switched off the light so that the officers would no longer see him.
During his escape maneuver, he drove unchecked over a red light at an intersection.
Two drivers then had to put on the brakes to prevent the collision with the scooter, as the police further reported.
The young person continued to drive in the direction of Walpershofen, where another driver also had to brake sharply to avoid a collision.
