Sulzemoos - A traffic accident occurred yesterday at around 3:30 p.m. on the Munich-Stuttgart motorway.
A Ford driver from the Mönchengladbach area came off the road between the Odelzhausen and Sulzemoos junctions for reasons that were still unexplained, and the car rolled over in the green strip next to the motorway.
Fortunately, the driver was only slightly injured.
Ambulance took him to a hospital.
The fire brigades from Sulzemoos, Odelzhausen and Feldgeding were deployed to secure traffic and clear the scene of the accident.
During the clearing and recovery work, a kilometer-long backwater formed in the direction of Munich, also in the opposite direction - due to onlookers, as a fire department spokesman said.
