The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Sunday) that 1,024 infected people have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease in Corona in the past day.

This is a sharp drop in the number of verified daily, probably due to a lack of checks throughout the Sabbath.

A slight decrease was also recorded in the verified rate among the subjects, which stood at 1.99%, and the coefficient of infection also decreased slightly.

At the same time, a trend of stability can be observed in the data on severe morbidity.

463 people are hospitalized in critical condition, of whom 186 are respirators.

In total, 674 people are hospitalized in hospitals across the country.

The outline that is expected to prevent isolation for students in schools in green localities will only take effect on Tuesday or Wednesday.

This is despite the fact that Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and the Ministry of Health claimed that the pilot would begin today.

The reason why the outline is expected to start only later this week is that the tests required to maintain the outline have not yet reached the authorities and school principals, and the distribution will only start today.

According to the Ministry of Education, the pilot will only take place in grades 1-6 and not in kindergartens.

According to the outline, in a class where a verified patient will be discovered, the students will be examined by a PCR test that will be performed at the Home Front Command positions or at the health funds.

Students will remain in solitary confinement until a negative answer is received, and once this is received, they will return to the classroom routine, with a mandatory speed test using antigen kits for seven days.

On the seventh day they will perform another PCR test again.

After receiving a negative answer - the class will return to routine.

Also, in the event that four verified ones are discovered per day in the same class - the outline will be discontinued.

If another verifier is discovered in the classroom, the count of the seven days required to perform tests will resume from the last day of exposure to the verified person.

For the outline to be maintained, parents will need to report the results of the rapid tests as well as PCR tests on the parent portal, or present a manual form.

Among the localities currently defined as green: Eilat, Ariel, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Givatayim, Herzliya, Hadera, Holon, Haifa, Kfar Saba, Lod, Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut, Metula, Nahariya, Ness Ziona, Netanya, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Shmona, Rishon Lezion, Rehovot, Ramat Gan, Ramat Hasharon, Raanana and Tel Aviv.
