In the face of her desire and quest to work, the young woman, Dina Kamal Naim from the city of As-Suwayda, turned her talent for manual work and her passion for wool into a small project that made her independent and supported herself, her mother and her only niece, who died and was the breadwinner for the family more than a year ago.

Dina's home project, which she called (Limar), combines the manufacture of toys and carpets for floors of salons, rooms and landscapes manually from wool threads using the hook, while showing her creativity by drawing shapes inside, as well as producing woolen clothes for different ages through the machines that she has in addition to designing works by Fabric recycling.

According to Dina, a graduate of the Institute of Fine Arts, the idea then began during the implementation of the measures to tackle the Corona virus last year, by manufacturing a toy from woolen yarn, which attracted the admiration of those who watched it, which encouraged her to launch her small project and then expand it five months ago, after receiving funding from the United Nations Development Program to buy 3 Knitting, stitching and knitting machines.

Dina, who is 34 years old, receives moral support, encouragement and assistance from her mother, and markets her production, as she mentioned to SANA reporter through social media, acquaintances and friends, and participation in exhibitions, with preparations currently being made to open a special store displaying her works, which has begun to increase in demand, successively.

With every piece that Dina makes, she finds happiness and feels that she has found herself, as she showed, emphasizing the importance of her project to achieve a return that helps her on the burdens and requirements of life, and at the same time, she sends a message to any person or young man to develop his talents and not be afraid of failure, but rather sets a goal that he can reach through persistence and challenge.

Despite the difficulties that Dina is facing related to the high prices of the necessary raw materials, she continues to work and produce and has an ambition to expand her project, introduce new models of clothing in the market, and provide job opportunities for a number of people looking for them.
