The Savings Bank branch in As-Suwayda and its office in Salkhad city started a new lending plan for the last quarter of this year, with a value of one billion and 750 million pounds.
The bank branch manager, Mamoun Shuja, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that obtaining the loan is facilitated after submitting the required form and papers, within a maximum period of one week, in order to achieve speed in serving the citizens.
He pointed out that the bank is currently granting loans to low-income people working in the state and the military with a ceiling of 2 million pounds and for civilian and military retirees with a ceiling of one million pounds and for the purchase of real estate for scientific and liberal professions with a ceiling of 100 million with the provision of facilities, including accepting the age of the sponsor for state workers up to 60 years instead of 55 years, and for civilian retirees And the military up to 55 instead of 50 years, in addition to accepting the total years of service for the sponsors with three years instead of five years.
During the past nine months, the branch of the Sweida Savings Bank and its office in Salkhad granted 4 billion and 364 million pounds in loans.
