Germany
- Vaccinated, recovering from the last six months and recovering with one vaccine are allowed to enter Germany without the need for isolation and without testing.
Everything else is required in isolation in Germany.
Everyone must fill out a German form in advance before flying to the country.
The Netherlands
- Only vaccinated (at least two servings) and children are allowed to enter the Netherlands and they too must undergo a corona test within 48 hours before the flight.
Anyone who does not meet the definition will be charged with isolation at the entrance to the Netherlands.
Everyone must fill out a health declaration form and an isolation declaration form (even if you are not required to be isolated).

Italy
- Recovered from the last six months and vaccinated can enter Italy without the need for a corona test, everyone else must be tested.

Spain
- Only vaccinated and children are allowed to enter Spain, there is no need for corona tests before the flight to the country, but it is necessary to fill out a declaration form from the Spanish government.
Recovered are not allowed to enter the country.
England
- Vaccinated and children are exempt from pre-flight inspection to England and are exempt from isolation at the entrance to the country, anyone who is not immunized is required to be isolated in any case.
Everyone is required to have a corona examination on the second day in England and must fill out an entry form.
Austria
- Entry into Austria without isolation is possible for the vaccinated or recovering with one vaccine dose and children up to the age of 12 accompanied by vaccinated parents.
Children must be tested before the flight (ordered by the State of Israel), and vaccinated or recovering and vaccinated adults should not be tested.
The rest will be required to present a test and stay in solitary confinement for ten days or five days subject to two tests and fill out an entry form for Austria.
Everyone must arrive on a flight to Austria with unfiltered N95 masks.
Cyprus
- Vaccinated people are exempted from a corona test before the flight to Cyprus and so are children under the age of 12. Everyone else is required to have a corona test before and after the flight (in Cyprus) and stay in isolation until a negative result is obtained.

Belgium
- Recovered from the last six months and vaccinated are allowed to enter Belgium.
Those who are not resilient will need to present a corona entry clearance and check within 72 hours before the flight.

Switzerland
- Only vaccinated, recovering with one vaccine and children under the age of 18 (accompanied by vaccinated) are allowed to fly to Switzerland.

Greece

Seychelles

Morocco
- Vaccinated people are exempted from a corona test before the flight to Morocco and so are children under the age of 11, all the rest are required to perform a test within 48 hours before the flight to the destination.
It is mandatory to fill out a form of the Moroccan government and it is mandatory to issue a visa in advance.

USA
- Until November, everyone is allowed to enter the USA and is required to perform corona tests before flying to the country.

Turkey
- Recovering from the last six months, vaccinated and children exempt from corona tests before flying to the country.
It is mandatory to fill out a Turkish form in advance.
According to reports in the US, only vaccinated people will be able to enter the country from next month,
Egypt (Sinai)
- Vaccinated and children up to the age of 6 are exempt from corona tests before entry, all others are required to be tested.
A fee must be purchased in advance.
Maldives
- All are required to undergo a corona examination within 96 hours prior to flight to the country and must complete a local health declaration form.
Ukraine
- Vaccinated and children are exempt from corona tests before the flight to the country and so are children under the age of 12. It is mandatory to present Ukrainian health insurance that includes coverage in case of infection in the corona.
Poland
- Recovering from the last six months, vaccinated and children up to the age of 12 are exempt from pre-flight testing.
Everyone must fill out a Polish form in advance.
Romania
- Vaccinated children up to the age of 6 are exempt from corona testing before entering the country, recovering children and children up to the age of 16 are required to present a corona test and are also exempt from isolation in Romania.
All the rest are committed to isolation in Romania.
It is mandatory to fill out a Romanian form in advance.
Georgia
- Vaccinated and children up to the age of 10 are exempt from presenting a negative corona test, recovering children must present a negative test within up to 72 hours before the flight to the country.
There is an obligation to perform a corona test on the third day, but even in this case, anyone who presents a vaccination certificate will be exempt from the test.
It is mandatory to fill out a Georgian form in advance.
Who is exempt from isolation back to Israel?
Those who were vaccinated with a second dose less than six months ago, those who were vaccinated with a third dose and waited a week in Israel or returned to Israel after 14 days or more from the date of receiving the third dose, those who recovered less than six months ago and those who recovered and were vaccinated with at least one dose.
It is important to remember that there is an obligation for people aged 16 and over to fill out an outgoing passenger form before leaving Israel and an incoming passenger form before returning to Israel.
Those who have not been vaccinated or have applied under the new definitions are required to perform a corona test before leaving Israel, even if the destination country does not require it.
Those who have recovered in the last three months or have been abroad for less than 72 hours are exempt from performing a corona test before returning to Israel, all the rest are required to perform a PCR test within 72 hours before returning to Israel.
