The petition alleges that the expulsion was carried out as a punishment for Glick not praising the police for its activities on Mount Yehuda Foa of the B'Tselem organization: "The conduct of the police is opioid and has no place in a reformed state."

Former Knesset MK Yehuda Glick today (Monday) together with B'Tselem filed a petition against his removal from the Temple Mount. However, they are avoiding a meeting.

"I asked them to transfer all the videos to me personally, I check the videos and if you do provocations I will remove you from the Temple Mount, even if I go with you to the High Court," he said, adding: "I will remove you from the Temple Mount because you are the only 500 immigrants Who does not applaud the police. Everyone here is forgiving immigration police and neatness and you do not behave properly. "

The petition was filed by attorney Michael Litvak argued that the removal was done, extortion, without a hearing and in abuse of power.

Upon filing the petition, Glick said: "The fact that the police repeatedly repeat allegations of 'violation of rules', but are unable to present what the rules are, to whom they apply and which rule has been violated, proves that it is hiding behind hollow slogans in an attempt to cover up misconduct. "The only thing that interests them is publicity for the police."

Yehuda Foa of B'Tselem added: "The conduct of the police against Yehuda Glick is an opioid conduct, which has no place in a reformed state. We hope that the commander of the Jerusalem district will immediately revoke the expulsion order and remove the commander of the area, Nati Gur.
