A manslaughter trial against a 23-year-old who is said to have killed his two-month-old daughter begins today (9:00 a.m.) in front of the Wiesbaden district court.
According to the indictment, the child was suffocated on New Year's Eve 2020/2021.
"Previously, the defendant is said to have already inflicted injuries to the infant's face," said the public prosecutor.
Wiesbaden - The scene of the crime is said to have been the man's apartment in Wiesbaden.
The allegation is manslaughter, the accused is in custody.
So far, six follow-up court appointments have been scheduled until the end of November.
