Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Said Khatibzadeh officially announced this morning (Monday) that "Tehran executioner" Ibrahim Raisi will attend the UN climate conference (COP 26) to be held in Glasgow between October 31 and November 12.
The decision was made, although human rights activists, victims and relatives of those tortured or executed by the Ayatollahs regime had lodged a complaint with the Scottish Police - demanding the arrest and interrogation of Raisi.
Along with Raisi, US President Joe Biden and Pope Francis are also expected to attend the climate conference.

Ahmad Avrahami is one of the survivors of the mass trials in which Raisi participated in the 1980s.
"Scottish police may arrest him," Avrahami told the STV agency.
"He murdered so many people in cold blood, I'm one of the few who survived the massacre. I want the Scottish Police to arrest him and question him about what he did in Iran."
