The rush of refugees on the German-Polish border in Eastern Saxony continues.
In the past three days, the Federal Police Inspectorate in Ludwigsdorf alone took 101 people smuggled into custody.
As the inspection announced on Monday, three suspected smugglers were also arrested - two Ukrainians and one Georgian.
They were sent back to Poland and given a four-year entry ban.
Görlitz - The refugees come mainly from Iraq and Yemen.
The growing number of refugees on the border between Poland and Germany is linked to the behavior of the authorities in Belarus.
The Polish government accuses the ruler there, Alexander Lukashenko, of bringing refugees from crisis regions such as Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq to the EU's external border in an organized manner.
The authorities in Belarus accuse the West, however, of causing chaos in the regions, which is why people are now looking for a better life.
