Five people were indicted on Sunday in connection with the anti-narcotics crackdown on Friday in Seine-Maritime and four others will be presented to the examining magistrate on Monday, the Bobigny prosecutor's office told AFP on Monday.

Nineteen people had been arrested and taken into police custody on Friday morning - fifteen in Seine-Maritime and four in Seine-Saint-Denis - as part of a judicial investigation opened in September 2019 for drug trafficking and criminal conspiracy and conducted by a judge from Bobigny.
Among those arrested were the mayor PS and one of his deputies from the municipality of Canteleu, near Rouen.
Their custody was lifted over the weekend, according to their lawyers.
