The London Metropolitan Police announced that they will not take action against Prince Andrew in the wake of Virginia Giuffre's indictment.
The document that authorities reviewed was published in August as part of the US civil lawsuit that Giuffre filed against the Duke of York.
The plaintiff alleges that Prince Andrew had sex with her when he was 17 years old, something that he has denied in the past.
