Homs-Sana
The poetry evening hosted by the modernized cultural center in Al-Zahraa neighborhood in Homs brought together a group of Homs poets and writers who joined literary forums.
In the evening, the Syrian Jasmine Creative Forums, Homs Literary, Qardaha, the Cultural Corner, and the Homs Literary Salon were presented by poets who spoke about their poems, whose themes were derived from the evening’s title “Love between the Two Novembers.”
The evening was started by the poet Ibrahim Al-Hashem with a poem “Daughter of the Desert” which he dedicated to destroying the bride of the desert after its liberation from terrorism at the hands of the valiant Syrian Arab Army, which restored the luster of its civilization after the systematic destruction and sabotage of its monuments.
The poet Ghassan Dalloul sang in Levant, the bride of glory and a sham on the cheek of time, through the zajliah “Volunteer of Anger” and its heroic army deterring aggression, defying death.
The poet, Azab Rustom, wrote sentimental prose bearing the titles “In the Autumn”, “Sticks of Integrity” and “His Boring Cup” that overflowed with feelings of peace, love and sadness.
The poet Aziz Sarah saluted, through a spoken dialect, “Tishreen” Syria, considering it the jellyfish of holiness, the crown of glory, the alphabet, and the civilization deeply rooted throughout history.
The poet Abdul Karim Muzna likened his poem “Syrian Al-Hassan” to a beautiful beauty, a story that was planned by the fingers of a creative writer, and the story of Nasr Bint Arushha with her steadfastness.
And the glory of the poet “Bashar Balloul” with his poem “You are the Secretary,” the brave sacrifices of the army and its heroism, which it controls throughout the Syrian geography.
During the evening, the Oud was played by the talented child Raymond Jounieh.
