The police in Wismar are investigating a 35-year-old man who allegedly attacked two officers and injured them so badly that they were incapacitated for a longer period of time.
As a police spokeswoman said on Monday, the officers were called to an allotment garden by a witness on Sunday because someone was rioting there.
There they met the suspect.

The officers were so injured that they had to call for reinforcements.
Finally, the 35-year-old was overwhelmed and taken to the station.
He is accused of assault and trespassing, among other things.
